Roctane toepassingstips:
Zowel de GU Energy Gel als de nieuwe en unieke Roctane Ultra Endurance Energy Gel bevatten ongeveer 100 calorieën per pakje. Dit is een ideale hoeveelheid energie om ongeveer 15 minuten voor een wedstrijd of training in te nemen om de voorraad elektrolyten en glucose in evenwicht te brengen. Tijdens het sporten moet dan elke 30 tot 45 minuten een gel worden ingenomen, samen met wat vloeistof.

Voor een optimaal effect wordt aanbevolen ongeveer 750 tot 1000 ml vocht per uur te drinken.
