Voedingssupplement: koolhydraatgel voor gebruik tijdens het sporten

GU Energy Gel bevat energierijke calorieën in een draagbaar zakje om de energiebehoefte tijdens elke duur of activiteit te dekken. Het zakje van 100 calorieën bevat koolhydraten (maltodextrine en fructose) die gebruikmaken van niet-concurrerende routes om de opname en benutting van koolhydraten te maximaliseren en tegelijkertijd maagklachten te verminderen. Het belangrijkste elektrolyt (natrium) ondersteunt de hydratatie door de waterbalans op peil te houden. De vertakte aminozuren (L-leucine, L-valine en L-isoleucine) kunnen ook mentale vermoeidheid verminderen en spierbeschadiging verminderen.

Aanbevolen gebruik
